Hi I've been playing table tennis for quite a while now, but im still not sure what clothing I should wear when im practising.

Hi Elias,
Wear something comfortable that will not restrict your movement. Shorts are good, but not the long shorts that go too low because that restricts the movement on your legs.
Wear a comfortable shirt that again allows freedom of movement.
