Hi there

I was at my local table tennis club and the owner told me to change my grip style.  I wasn't comfortable with this but I need to know.

Should I stay with my comfortable grip or use the correct grip?

thanks

Hi Josh,

It is best if you can change to a proper grip.  Having the correct grip helps you to be able to learn your strokes corrrectly.
