Changing grip during rally

Hello, I have pretty bad problem with changing my grip during a rally - when I want to play forehand topspin I hold my racket very closed, but then I cant reach good rotation in wrist for backhand topspin so I have to adjust grip for backhand and very often I miss the ball when switching FH/BH, because its slowing my game. And on the other hand, when I have "backhand grip" for better wrist for backhand, it seems to me I cant close down racket enough for my forehand topspin and I can only make slow, spinny high loop.

Hi Roman,

Try to make your grip for backhand and forehand more similar.  Relax your wrist and forearm so that you have the ability to turn your hand over the ball rather than relying on changing your grip.

As you have found, you just don't have enough time in a fast rally to do this effectively.
