Buying a table tennis TABLE - 19mm or 16mm

Hello there Alois and Jeff,

I'm interested in buying a table tennis table and I have seen that there are 16mm and 19mm thick tables. Which one is better?

Hi Dimitris,

The thicker the top the better the bounce is usually.

The type of wood used also makes a differences but if the wood is the same on both then the thicker wood is better.
