helo sir ,

I have Butterfly Sardius Ply.  Joola Express 2 on both Backhand and forehand.  I just applied it a week ago and now a bubble has risen on it!!!!!!

Now what should I do and whats the way to control bubbles on the rubber?

Hi Pankaj,

If the bubble is under the sponge then what you need to do is take the rubber off again.  Remove all of the excess glue from the blade and the rubber and then glue it again making sure to allow the glue to dry before you stick it back together.  When you are applying the rubber back on make sure to roll it on so that you don't leave any air bubbles under the sponge.

If the bubble is between the sponge and the rubber then you have more of a problem.  This is a defect with the rubber.  You will have to replace the whole rubber.  This does tend to happen sometimes with rubbers where the glue between the sponge and the rubber doesn't hold up.
