So i play against someone who hits really hard so when i try to hit the ball back it goes too far and doesn't hit the table what should I do?

Hi Kyoung,

See if you can keep your hand relaxed when making this block.  This will help to absorb some of the speed of the ball.  You can also try to put a little topspin on the block to get the ball to drop quickly.  You don't need much topspin, just brush over the ball gently.
