hi,

i wanted to ask how to block a topspin on backspin or cut.  at this situation i usually lose my temper and try to punch it which makes me lose points even when i try to just block it then also i am unable.so what should i do?

Hi Bhaavan,

Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Block.  This will help you a lot.

It is difficult to block backspin. You should try to push this ball back rather than making a block.

It i simportant at all times to try to keep your emotions under control.  As soon as you lose your temper, you can not play as well as your potential.
