hi. now im gaining good control over my pimpled rubber that ,akkadi L2. but still i have problem , im not able to block a heavy b.hand spin or any other spin . when i try it goes out of the table. and also please tell me something or an exercise that can help me improve my bending. also how can i develop my ball sense?

Hi Deepa,

To block heavy topspin take a look at this lesson on Counter a Slow Spinny Topspin.

To improve your bending, it is important to focus on it while you are training.

TO develop ball sense, you need to do a lot of controlled hitting.  Work on hitting a lot of shots on the table consistently without a mistake.
