Hi Alois and Jeff:

I recently discovered your site and found it very helpful. Thanks vm!

I started the program from "Training" under Tutorials, but some video refers to some prerequisites which I am not sure where it is. What do you think is the best way? Should I watch those under "Strokes and Techniques" first then "serving and receiving"?    I have casually played a few years so have some basic level but would not mind going through the basics again, if I can find a clear thread to follow. Thanks!

Hi Julia,

There is a lot of content on the site and at first it can be a bit overwhelming.

I think the first step is to look at the tutorial on the Building Blocks of Table Tennis.  This will give you a good overview of how to progress.

Then start with the Strokes and Techniques and progress at your own pace.  We do have the Beginner Training 101 tutorials for beginners and then the 52 Week Training Plan to take you to the next level.

Along the way don't be afraid to ask questions of us.  You can do this through the Ask the Coach page.

I hope this helps to give you some order to what you are learning through PingSkills.
