Strokes

Hi pingskills, I understand that I should bend my knees and widen my feet to be balanced while playing but should I also be bending my back to get lower? Because I have been doing that nowadays and a lot of my attacks can't cross the net and sometimes my swing starts too low and my loops against topspin also goes out.

Hi Jasper,

You sound like your are getting into a good position.  The issues with your strokes might be something different.  Perhaps it is as simple as a slight angle of your racket.
