how do we perform behind the back shot.....?

i have seen many videos of players playing behind the back shot....so i tried first....but it was too difficult for me........but when i once played the shot,it went too high...making my opponent smah it

Hi Yash,

They are nice to watch.  This is not something that you should be practicing.  You are better off spending your time practising your balance and your backhand on those balls.
