My Questions is: Can you recommend a Blade and rubber that is made for beginners (that can be use on usual playing and also on tournament ) (and also affordable :) )( and also available here in my country (My Country is Philippines)?

The bat we have is the PingSkills Rook Table Tennis Bat. This is a good bat for your first serious bat. It will provide enough spin and speed to allow you to learn your strokes correctly and also give you enough control to get the ball on the table consistently.
