Hi Alois,

Is it  possible to "banana" flip short backspin with my long pips no sponge.

Hi Rodrigo,

It is possible to attack the ball.  The Banana flip tends to suggest sidespin which will be hard to generate with the pips.

Rodrigo,with OX pips you cannot really do a sidespin flick,but as Alois says there is an opportunity to attack a short backspin.
The stroke can also look like a shovel hit.
