Why shouldn't the ball have a seam?

Hi Varun,

They are lower in quality and will not bounce as consistently.  They are often a softer ball using less material to form the ball.

It is just the way it is manufactured.

A seam is a ridge along the centre of the ball.

Is the seam useful for us?

No, it just makes for an uneven bounce which is not what we are looking for.
