excuse me sir do you have any videos for ball tossing because I want to have a lot of control for mastering the ma Lin and the Zhang jike serve.

Hi Sebastian,
You can practice the ball toss without hitting it initially. Place a sheet of paper on the floor in front of you. Then throw the ball up see if you can get it to land consistently on the paper. Then do the same thing and hit the ball. If you are still having problems, go back to throwing the ball without hitting it.
