Strokes

Hi Alois,

I never had a lot of ball control. Now, I know this could come in very handy as a table-tennis player. So my question to you is: Is there any way to increase it?

Regards,

Hi Ivo,

Like any sport, it is a maer of doing a lot of ball handling skills and also hitting the ball a lot of times to improve your ball handling skills.

Things from as simple as hitting the ball against the wall to doing drills will all help to improve your skills.  When you are doing drills focus on consistency rather than power.

There are no shortcuts here.  You have to do the hours.
