hey coach i want to ask you a question, i want to know how to spin the ball or chop it when you give high ball beacuse i see so many table tennis player that they lifting the ball with spin or something that will be hard to give the ball back, soo plaese can you teach me that ?

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
