Hi coach
What is the best way to ensure i can generate consistent power on my backhands whilst still maintaining a high level of precision?

Hi Timothy,
Speed and accuracy tend to work in opposition to each other. However, if you focus on good technique you will give yourself the best chance of making the stroke.
