Hello pingskills im having trouble at table tennis about the backhand and the foot position plz help me thank you!!

Hi Kim,

One of the keys to the backhand is to get your feet square on to the table.  This will give you a good base to play your strokes.  Also make sure your legs are bent and balanced.
