Backhand counterhit

Sir, I am not able to hit backhand counter hit . Out of 10 I am only able to hit 3 or 4 right hits . Can you suggest something that I can use for improving my backhand counter hit.

Hi Ujjwal,

I would slow the stroke down or get one shot at a time with a break in between so that you have time to concentrate on the stroke.

As you start to get the stroke better then you can hit a few in a row.  Keep building this up till you can hit more and more in a row.
