As a left hander, a bh counter rally is straight unlike right handers who go cross court. As far as I know, a rally is finished mostly of a powerful punch or a topspin. What drills should I do to get used and take advantage of the BH Counter in the game? Watching youngsters like Kenta Matsuidaira in WTTC, I can conclude the game will be dominated with the modern close to the table style of play.

Hi Carlo,

Practice doing Backhand to Backhand down the line and then change to the forehand.  You can do this drill with either player changing or just one player changing at a time.  When the ball is changed to the forehand you continue the rally freely.

In our upcoming DVD on Training Secrets you will find lots of interesting and useful drills that will help you with all types of situations you want to practice.
