Hello well i just started playing table tennis last year and im16 years old this year so i realize that my backhand is better than my forehand and i kind of want to develop my forehand even more. Everytime when im far away from the table my forehand loop usually is out or net including the forehand counter hit can you suggest me a way to improve? I really want to improve as fast as i can thank you :)

Hi Bryan,

You can try just turning your feet position slightly to face more towards your forehand side.  When we have a dominant side we often turn to that side to favour it and utilise it more.  This only makes the problem on the other side greater.

In training, spend a lot more time on your forehand for the next few weeks and see if you can get more comfortable wiht it.
