Hi Alois I hope you are doing very well.

My name is Dale I am 14 years old from Australia and have been playing for 2 years and I wanted to ask when hitting an around the net shot where do you want to contact the ball and how low you should hit it to the floor.

In this video a guy called Adam Bobrow is great at these shots but He hasn't explained or I don't understand where to contact it.

Please watch how he hits it from 5:20 to 6:00.

And could you also explain to me where you should stroke on the ball for this shot (where on the ball for the the topspin and sidespin on the ball).

Do you stroke forward or up for the topspin and spin hook around the net.

Kind regards Dale
