hey Alois, I was wondering how I can get used to keeping my arm in the v shape to hit the ball with forehand.

Hi Matthew,

You don't need to keep it in a V the whole time.  It is OK to extend the arm when you want to hit the ball faster.

If you want to think about the V, focus on keeping the hand up during the rally.  This will tend to keep the arm in the V shape.
