Hi, 

What are a few things to do when you are nervous and know the opponent is of better skills than you?

Hi Daniel,

A simple thing to do is to take a deep breath from your stomach and then focus on what tactic you are going to use for the next point.

One of the main reasons we become nervous is because we get ahead of ourselves.  Taking a breath and thinking about what you need to do next brings you back to the present moment.
