hi pingskills,

now my problem is that whenever i lose a point, i get so frustrated and angry,so i wanted to ask you that how should i control m anger

Hi Sarthak,

The first thing is to examine what you are trying to achieve.  You seem to understand that the more frustrated you get the worse your level becomes.

See if you can take a deep breath whenever you start to feel frustrated and then think about what you are trying to do in the next point. 

This process will start to eliminate the time you spend getting frustrated.
