hi coach
what if i play an third ball attack and my opponent ruturn in what is next thing to do because if i play third ball i made a full swing then if my opponet return it its hard for me already they say after doing the thrird ball and the opponent returned it get the ball in the above the table ony is it right coach?

Hi Prince,
It is important to maintain your balance while you are making the 3rd ball. Then you will be ready to make the next ball.
You can then make another topspin stroke.
