Hi coach, I need to know do I adjust the bat angle with the wrist or through the finger pressure with my thumb and index finger?

Hi Michael,

It is more consistent if you can adjust it with your whole forearm by rotating if forwards or backwards.

Thanks for the advice.I was always bending only my wrist.But from now on,I will close the whole arm.
