I am looking for new blade like XIOM V1 Quad. There are many of them on E-Bay from different countries and prices from $89.99 to $107.99 and one of them even about $167. Question is: how risky to buy them from E-Bay? How depend quality from country, manufacturer and price? Thank you.

It does depend as you say on the supplier and that can be difficult to judge.
