Strokes
hi coaches,
for the past few days of playing with my teammates, i discovered that when i hit a forehand my hand swings straight upward. in other words, i have a bad swinging. is there any techniques or drills so that i can overcome this problem?
Hi Patrick,
The most important thing is to get the finish position right. Watch the lesson on the stroke again and try to make sure the finish is right.
