Is there any physical training that can be done to improve the strength and snap of the wrist?
Hi Amit,
You can do some wrist curls with a small weight even a drink bottle. If you are really serious about improving your physical abilities, then go to a gym and get a program set for you.
There are a number of strategies you can use to try and turn the tide in a rally. However at some stage you need to take your chance and play the aggressive stroke. In this master class we talk about how to get yourself into the best position for this.
