Is there any physical training that can be done to improve the strength and snap of the wrist?
Hi Amit,
You can do some wrist curls with a small weight even a drink bottle. If you are really serious about improving your physical abilities, then go to a gym and get a program set for you.
Closer to a tournament you should practice more match routine drills. We present a series of them in this video and explain how they will develop your game.
