Is there any physical training that can be done to improve the strength and snap of the wrist?
Hi Amit,
You can do some wrist curls with a small weight even a drink bottle. If you are really serious about improving your physical abilities, then go to a gym and get a program set for you.
In this session we talk about placement and finding the crossover point. In all the drills you need to try and place the ball to your opponent's middle.
