Hey guys.

So i've won 5th place on the recent tournament but i could've got more if i didn't fail my backhand topspin that much , my trainer kept saying for me to use my wrist in a faster motion to get more spin and to lift the ball over the net but i was trying and it still only went into the net. I tried to get max speed with my wrist but it was so slow so I'm asking how can i improve the speed of my wrist to use my backhand topspins better?

Hi Teo,

Try to get the arm action right first.  Then you can introduce some more wrist as you get more confident with it.

Wrist will definitely help with speed and spin but if you don't have the basics right it will only lead to more errors.
