Strokes
hi, i would like to know the pros and cons of using wrist work. so is it better to use wrist or not to?
Hi,
Using the wrist will increase spin and speed on your strokes or serves. It will however make the stroke more risky because it is an extra moving part.
I think when you are learning strokes it is best to do it without too much wrist. As you become more advanced you can start to introduce the wrist into strokes.
