wrist movement during forehand

hello.

i am salman from Pakistan. i am have a problem in forehand. when i move my hand to starting position for playing stroke my wrist moves backward which badly affect my stroke angle and ball return. please guide me how can i control this problem. any exercise or tips to control it

Hi Salman,

It is a matter of focusing on this aspect of your stroke.  So only think about the wrist being firm at the start.  This is the best way to improve any aspect you are trying to change.
