Hello... Sir i want to know what does it mean by plywood? As when we often saw blades of difference kinds there written 5-plywood or 9 plywood? What does it mean? Is this specification? And what do you say about carbon layered blades?  Is that one is better than wooden?  I have seen SANWEI T871 blade which is of 8-plywood with 7 soft carbon layer?

Hi Shahbaz,

The ply is the number of layers of wood the blade has.

Usually the more plies the faster the blade.

Carbon usually adds speed.  I don't think that the blade makes as much difference as the rubber.
