Strokes
When players make awkward strokes, they tend to squat. Such as, making a sudden forehand in a backhand rally. Why is that?
Hi Romeo,
I am not sure why this happens.
Maybe others have some ideas.
How should you move if you are a defender. The footwork is quite different to that of an attacker because you have a lot more distance to cover. However, we will show you the simple movement patterns that will help you to be able to cover the whole court effectively.

I think because of the elbow dead zone. By squatting the dead zone moves and you can still perform (a somewhat messed up) variation of your stroke and keep the pace up.

I'm thinking it is because they want to take the ball a little later.
