Hello coach lately i feel like i cant play table tennis anymore. What can i do to fix this?

Hi Xain,

We all go through these periods... even the best players in the world have really bad days.

You can either take a rest for a day or two or just keep pushing forward with your training. Β It will get better.

It is important to understand that your ability doesn't change that quickly.
