Hi Alois and Pingskills

i am training ago six months in a high level...my movements are great, forehand in general, backhand block, good footwork, nice push, very good serve, but my reception and anticipation is down...but with everything else is not enough.

My question is if my technique in general is fine, Why can't I win?...i played a few tournaments and my performance didn't like to me...What i can do for improve my level more fast?

Hi Cristh,

Give it time.  Learning to play matches is another step.  Learning to play strokes gives you a good base to play the game.  Then you also need to learn how to play tactically and when to use your strokes.

During your matches you can start to think more tactically by working out your opponents strengths and weaknesses and then what you can use from your game to exploit their weaknesses.

The other important thing is allowing yourself to play up to your ability but remaining relaxed and focused on playing well, rather than the result.
