Serving
Hi Alois and Jeff
When i have been studying the serves from the pros and in this case Chen Qi and Ma Long i have seen that they have the elbow very high, when i try to rise my elbow i cant get very much spin of it.
Why should you have the elbow high and how do you get soin of it?
thanks for the answers!
Hi Alvin,
The elbow is high to get the racket higher. Then they use the wrist and forearm very effectively to generate the spin on the ball. They keep the elbow quite still through the serve.
