I would like to know which type of rubber I need to gain more speed and more spin in both, my serve and my attack. Thanks

Hi Pedro,

There are hundreds of good rubbers.

To get good speed and spin look for a rubber with a thicker sponge, 2mm or 2.2mm.

Some rubbers that we suggest are Mark V and Pryde. Take a look at this link Table Tennis Rubbers.  They are both excellent rubbers that will enable you to get good speed and spin.
