Where does the ball hit to make some tremendous speed on the racket?

Hi Jaihyeon,
Usually the middle of the bat is the best spot to hit the ball when trying to hit the ball fast. It is what they all the sweet spot on the bat.

Crossover Footwork
When you need to reach that really wide ball the regular shuffle step just won't get you there in time so you need to use the crossover step. This is essentially a running action to get you to the ball as fast as possible.
