When to use which shot

Hi,
I saw ur videos on youtube. those r nice and very helpful.

i want to know when to use which shot. i mean to say when to use forehand smash, backhand chop etc.
i think there should be also a video telling these type of stuff.

Hi Aashish,

Thanks for the suggestion.  We will certainly keep it in mind when we are planning our next lot of videos.

Often it becomes easy to choose the more you play.  Try to always keep things simple.  For example, if the ball is long on the table you may want to topspin the ball, or if the ball is high you would want to smash.  If the ball is close to the net and low, you would want to push.

This needs to become instinctive, rather than trying to make decisions when you really don't have time to be doing that.
