Strategy
Hi Alois,
I have with me some information about my opponent. Can you help me with the tactics I can make against him
Grip & Style:
Right Handed, Shake-hand, Blocker
Rubber Type:
Normal on both hand (backhand & forehand)
Forehand Attack: Two stars (as per vault)
Does only when the ball is high.
Backhand Attack: One star(as per vault)
Very rarely does it
Note: Never top spins the ball even if it is long
Forehand Defense: Five stars(as per vault)
He is the best in it, and does it to defend any type of attack made to him
Backhand Defense: Four stars(as per vault)
Also Good in it but does not want to do that. Dont know why!
Footwork: One star(as per vault)
Doesn't know anything
Mental Toughness: Four stars(as per vault)
He is mentally tough.
Hi Kiteretsu,
I would think about using variation of topspin and wait to make the attack. Since he is not going to attack very much you should not feel under pressure to hit strong topspins all the time. Wait till you have a good opportunity and then attack. Try to keep him close to the table so that when you attack it will be more difficult for him.
By using variation of spin and not too much speed you will not give him any speed to work with and give yourself more time till you make the one strong shot.
