Serving
It looks like an under spin/side spin punch serve, but it is hard to tell on You Tube. They get a lot of good pop-ups, setting them up for the 3rd ball attack.

Hi Phil,
This is what we call the Punch serve. They can get both backspin and topspin on this serve by tilting your bat forwards or backwards on contact.
