Hi Elazar,
The best serve is the one that is going to win you the next point. That will differ against each opponent and at each time in the match.
Find serves that you like to do and work on them. Then develop a variety so that you have some options when you play against different opponents.
Personally I like the High Toss Pendulum serve. High Toss Serve.
