What blade to buy

So I can either buy a Xiom Zetro Quad (Chinese Penhold) or a TSP Black Balsa 7.0 (Chinese Penhold). I'm a moderate skill player learning to develop strokes more efficiently and with a higher amount of spin. I play RBP as well and looking to go for Xiom Sigma 2 for the backhand and Yasaka Rakza X for the forehand. I think if I go for the Xiom blade it will be a tad heavy but I'm not sure if the Black Balsa is better overall than a Zetro Quad. What do you think?
