Can you please tell me why :

a.the weight transfer is really important while serving,

b.why a lower center of mass is good during serving.

Hi Sachintha,

Having your weight down low allows you to transfer quickly into the next position for the 3rd ball.  If you are up high, then you have to take the time to get down low after you serve.
