Strokes
I see many great players having weight transferring on their leg/feet and my coach also teach this to have more force and speed to the ball, but I have a problem in this. I can only do this once and I can't get back to the position quickly. How can I adjust this?
Hi Adam,
When you have more time to play a stroke you can transfer your weight forward and backwards. However most of table tennis is played too quickly to do that. You need to have a lot of stability with your legs and use your upper body twist to generate speed.

Again, I'm digging old posts here (lol).
If I have stronger core and leg muscles, do you think they will help improving my recovery after I hit with weight transfer?
Hi Erriza,
Yes that would definitely help.
