Hi,
I'm new at PingSkills and I would say the site is a very very valuable tool for me.
BUT I use to watch my courses on tablets (Android, iOS) and the Flash format is really annoying because I have to download the .mp4 file every time I access a premium video.
Do you plan to change that?

Hi Patrick,
I'm glad you are enjoying the site. As you mentioned, all our videos are in the .mp4 format. We've designed it so that you can watch them on the iPhone and iPad.
What happens when you try to watch the videos on your iOS device? If it's not working let me know what sort of iOS device it is and I'll see if I can find out the issue.

that's ok to play the .mp4 file on any platform.
I would just play the video into the browser without downloading it.
I must download the video because my browser/device doesn't support Flash (message "You have no flash plugin installed" or "We're Sorry this content requires Adobe Flash Player, which is not supported by your device. This content can be viewed on a desktop computer or on a mobile device that support Flash Player").
I suppose all iOS devices are in this case because Flash is banned from these (thanks SJ) and so are my Nexus 7 and Nexus 5 preferred devices.
Anyway, that's a minor issue and I'm very happy with the site as it is.

Hi Patrick,
For the iOS devices, the website should recognise that it is iOS and not play the video through flash. This is working on all of my iOS devices. I'll have to revisit the way the videos and are played and see if I can get a solution that works for all devices. Thanks for pointing out the issue.
