I'm quite interested in this rubber in 1.5mm for the BH and 1.8mm for the FH on a balsa combo blade.  The unusual characteristics look like they could suit both my blade and my style (maybe even help lessen my weaknesses), but it is expensive at $55 per side so I'm reluctant to take a gamble.  Is there anyone out there with hands-on experience with this rubber that could offer a detailed appraisal?

Cheers

Well I have the same problem :D
THough I do not think it would suit me as although I am a defender, this rubber seemingly does not have catapult and I would be unable to do ä slow spinny loop from an extreme range as I have low power reserves and slow movements.

DK, maybe have a look at the Victas 15 Extra or the 402 Limber.  The 402 Limber in particular looks like it might suit your needs somewhat.

Finding a rubber that is good both far from the table (with enough power and control) and in close (with enough spin and control) will be tricky.  When you have, let us know what you decided upon, and why you chose that particular rubber.  It may help others.

Cheers

I know this very well.
Currently I use Rakza7Soft 2.0
I do not have money to buy new rubber.
